Was supposed to be connected on the 29th April, was promised a smooth transfer from Plusnet, here I am on the 8th May, still not connected due to filing/admin errors, kept being told there’s a fault on the line and told it might be my fault(blame) and could cost me £145 to send a technician, or I was free to hire one myself, or wait 3 to 5 days to see what could be done. Was told I I wanted to leave it could cost me £185 early termination fee. For a service I’ve never received.
