While the merchandise collection is vast and delightful, iTokri's customer centricity needs to be applauded. Before placing my previous order, I chatted on the whatsapp service on their website and requested for an expedited delivery. The team committed, and they delivered their promise. Even though many claim to be customer centric, rarely does one experience such a responsive system. Kudos to the team. Keep up the good work!
