“I've been an iTokri customer for a few years now. The fabric, stoles, coasters, earrings, rakhis and bedspreads have been my favourite buys so far. Great quality and unique handmade material, plus eco-friendly and reliable shipping. The free gifts they send with the package aren't always great but the handwritten note is always warm. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to support Indian artisans and buy beautiful things.”

“The two items I purchased are absolutely beautiful and very well made: an authentic block-printed cotton kurta and a cotton/silk blend dress. “As always, the fabrics from iTokri are beautiful and as described. I do want to caution buyers in the US. The price in USD on the site will not be correct if you do not sign in and indicate you are in the US. It is substantially higher - over 30% more. At the end a price was given in rupees that I should have checked, but assumed was the same as the USD price. Also be aware that iTokri is not one of the companies that pays the tariffs- that increase does not include them and you will receive and other bill for ~10% before it will be delivered. TLDR: The product is fantastic, but not as inexpensive as it seems at first glance. Still happy with my purchase.”

“It’s more than 15 days, I ordered the fabric and still didn’t receive it. Got a message that no one is available while delivering but that’s not true. I have people 24 hrs available at my place. The contact number is also not reachable.”

Our team has been in continuous touch with you to resolve this. You have two orders: One order is still with the courier and has not been returned. We've updated your Indian contact number with the delivery partner, and they're making fresh delivery attempts. The second order had already been returned to us.
