“Delivery partner needs to be changed to improve customer experience. It took ages for the delivery and there was not response on WhatsApp either when I reached out”

We hear you. A delay like this, especially without a response on WhatsApp, can make the experience feel uncertain. The March 31 to April 9 window is longer than what we aim for, and this isn’t how it should feel on your end. “I am quite disappointed with the quality of the products. The Banarasi pencil pouch is not made from Banarasi silk as described, but appears to be a cheap synthetic sari fabric with metallic embroidery. It feels like an imitation product. The bandanas also looked much better in the pictures than they do in reality. Additionally, the Chanderi silk does not feel like authentic Chanderi fabric, and the metallic thread running through the stole spoils the overall look. This detail was not noticeable in the thumbnail picture. Overall, I am very disappointed with the products. Sorry”

“I will never order fabric at your company. 1. It takes too long to receive my order. 2. I have to pay unexpectedly more than €30,00 import fees. This should have been announced before I completed the order. That makes my order too expensive!”

“I had high expectations on the packaging and was planning to gift it as is but to my surprise the package looked very cheap and the personalized touch to it did not add any value because the whole experience turned bad. I am not sure if I would like to order something expensive from here again”

“They have great designs that’s what attracted me to it. I am not happy with their shipping process. First it was not per the plan. Delivery was delayed. Second they don’t tell you about customs charges that might be extra. I have worse red so many products from id in websites to be shipped internationally and I have never had problems. This company seems to be not experienced in how to package and ship products and not pay for customs. I had to pay for customs duty other than the cost that I had already paid. I am not sure what goes on with it but it should not be left upto the customer to pay for customs etc. or they should be told in advance( not in finer prints). The company needs to figure out they way to not have their customers pay custom duty. One reason I thought maybe - they packaged the product so much and the pack was very big for the products in it. They also delayed sending responses to my queries so that delayed the process more.”

“This was my second order at itokri. They sent me defective dress material worth 4500 rs. I asked for replacement. They agreed after several calls. The defective material is taken back for replacement but no communication after that. They said they will replace it but this communication gap is not working...also of all i have to keep a track as it's my money. I will not recommend itokri ever.”
