“Service from Itokri was good. But the product I receive for what I paid was not of good quality. upon touching the cloth the color started coming out and it even stained my nails. So it was definitely bad. Also mentioning the payment, the bill inside was of 500 Rs, but the amount I was asked to pay was ~ 3500 which I know includes rate conversion tax, International shipment fee etc. But it was high for such an unsatisfied product .”

“Let me begin by saying that I Tokri has interesting products at decent rates. However, on ordering a few things from their website about a month ago, I was extremely disappointed. The delivery was quick but I was shocked when I received my order. The products, which were a bag and a few pieces of bastar wrought iron were in a roughly wrapped package- all thrown together. They were not seperately wrapped to ensure no damage. As a result my light coloured bag had become discoloured with the paint from the artifacts, and one of the iron artifacts had bent. I respect not wanting to use plastic. But what is the use of damaged products. I called itokri and they told me I would have to email my complaint with pics. It has been more than a month and nobody has bothered to respond to any complaints. I ended up throwing the bag out as it looks old and used. What a waste!”

“The international delivery system is a rip-off. They do not disclose destination wise rates and extra charges application before delivery. I had made full payment for a gift to be delivered abroad but they took import duty from the recipient before handing over the parcel.”
