Let me begin by saying that I Tokri has interesting products at decent rates. However, on ordering a few things from their website about a month ago, I was extremely disappointed. The delivery was quick but I was shocked when I received my order. The products, which were a bag and a few pieces of bastar wrought iron were in a roughly wrapped package- all thrown together. They were not seperately wrapped to ensure no damage. As a result my light coloured bag had become discoloured with the paint from the artifacts, and one of the iron artifacts had bent. I respect not wanting to use plastic. But what is the use of damaged products. I called itokri and they told me I would have to email my complaint with pics. It has been more than a month and nobody has bothered to respond to any complaints. I ended up throwing the bag out as it looks old and used. What a waste!
