“I got dupatta. Fabric is fine but price is not justified. I was not expecting this kind of Fabric from Itokri. I was thinking of ordering some unstitched fabrics but I won't buy now. Who knows the fabric I am buying costs 3000'rs but worths 1000 rs.”

“The experience this time was less than ideal. The oackage was delivered at the wrong address (I had updated it after placing the order) and inspite of repeated follow ups wasnt picked up. The whatsapp support just sends a lot of SPAM but doesnt work when you need it to. Anyone can make mistakes but the willingness to rectify it was totally lacking. Itokri is one of the most genuine sites to buy handmade stuff, hope they get their act together soon.”

“I am very pleased with the items I purchased however was very disappointed with the response as it was very slow. After i had paid for the items, i had not received any tracking details or updates from itokri for more than a week. As a result i had to file a few complaints. This should be improved- efficient and better quality service.”

“The stitching isn't proper one Armhole is perfect the otherside is small and the side whichever has pocket it is weirdly stitched. The side with pocket is uncomfortable and the side which does nor have pocket is comfortable”

“It was good your dress material fabric is good.....but coordination are very poor...itokri executive never reply on time they it feels like it's government Bank ...services is really poor ......noboy picked up the call... None response on time .... Even I called again and again but still they are not reply.... I placed order but cancel due to this unorganised behave only .... Thanks”
