“I ordered two pieces of fabric (A and B): A was of 1 m length and B was of 0.5 m. I recieved A of 0.5 m and B of 1.0 m No complaints about quality or shipping time.”

“I am very pleased with the items I purchased however was very disappointed with the response as it was very slow. After i had paid for the items, i had not received any tracking details or updates from itokri for more than a week. As a result i had to file a few complaints. This should be improved- efficient and better quality service.”

“The stitching isn't proper one Armhole is perfect the otherside is small and the side whichever has pocket it is weirdly stitched. The side with pocket is uncomfortable and the side which does nor have pocket is comfortable”

“It was good your dress material fabric is good.....but coordination are very poor...itokri executive never reply on time they it feels like it's government Bank ...services is really poor ......noboy picked up the call... None response on time .... Even I called again and again but still they are not reply.... I placed order but cancel due to this unorganised behave only .... Thanks”

“I had ordered two full length kaftans. The material is good I am disappointed in the lenght which is 51 inches. It barely reaches my ankles. It shrunk furthermore after washing. I've been purchasing from Itokri for more than 5 years, this is the first time I am thoroughly disappointed.”

“Hi, I was disappointed as it didn't look as good as it did in the photo. Both the zips weren't working properly. The smaller tote bag was good but had it been a little bigger, the mobile phone could have also been accomodated in it”
