This was my second order at itokri. They sent me defective dress material worth 4500 rs. I asked for replacement. They agreed after several calls. The defective material is taken back for replacement but no communication after that. They said they will replace it but this communication gap is not working...also of all i have to keep a track as it's my money. I will not recommend itokri ever.
