“The dial size is very big compared to what shown in the picture. Please mention the dial size details in the description, the rakhis were of no use as they were very big for the wrist.”

“Hi, I was disappointed as it didn't look as good as it did in the photo. Both the zips weren't working properly. The smaller tote bag was good but had it been a little bigger, the mobile phone could have also been accomodated in it”

“Sad to note that my order been messed up ☹️. Uploaded the picture and highlighted the stole which is not part of the order. I had made this special purchase for my wife as she loved the stole collections on your little adda. I did not see any verbiage about the replacement of an item happens in the event item is not available. Not sure as how this can be fixed as I returned back to USA and today on 1st April my wife excitingly opened the parcel and surprised to see one of the stole she liked is being replaced and so thought immediately to leave this feedback. And also saw a statement of pride on your website that every parcel gets a personal attention but seems like this one been an outcast ☹️.”

“It was my first order with iTokri, all the designs are very good. I ordered 3 stoles out of them one was scarf type which was mentioned as stole, one was damaged piece so I had to return them. Generally refund is immediately generate once agent got the item back but it is very sad that after contacting 3/4 times after a week refund was initiated.”

“I tokri is very nice and prompt but tge saree I bought was too wide for my height . I am 5ft 6 inches. It was a blunder to get fall done as then I could not even return it. It was my mistake so nothing against I tokri. I will be very careful next time.”

“I was disappointed with part of my order. The patchwork handbags were too flimsy for a handbag. You can only put light weight stuff in that. Also we didn't get the selected patchwork bag which we had liked for which you have used the word assorted. Pls write that design and colour may very on your product. Will not go for buying again.”

“Products seem decent but I couldn't tell the quality of the stoles from the pictures - a bit more information on the materials (is it Soft? Crisp?) would be helpful. Didn't really like what I ordered. But still thought I'd try ordering a second time - but the shipping costs were exorbitant - almost $100!”
