“I had ordered 5 kalamkari kurtas from Itokri. I had clearly written 3XL size. But all kurtas are 2XL. It has been such a hassel getting the kurtas opened. The kurtas have been stiched in such a way that lower part of the kurta cannot be loosened. I did talk to customer care but she said that they make only upto 2XL and it will be very inconvenient to send the kurtas back and they not have any stock of 3XL. The point I want to highlight is that if they did not have 3 XL size they could have refused straightaway. Now I am stuck with shapeless kurtas.”

“I have ordered 2 kurtis of same size.Guess what? one seems to be larger than other one.I called them and drafted an email for exchange.They said they will take it back but there is no follow up on returns.So better dont buy stitched materials.you can buy cut pieces.”

“Service from Itokri was good. But the product I receive for what I paid was not of good quality. upon touching the cloth the color started coming out and it even stained my nails. So it was definitely bad. Also mentioning the payment, the bill inside was of 500 Rs, but the amount I was asked to pay was ~ 3500 which I know includes rate conversion tax, International shipment fee etc. But it was high for such an unsatisfied product .”
