“Dear Itokri Team, This message is regarding my recent order. Out of the four dresses I received, one of them was very disappointing in terms of quality. Despite sending repeated emails, I have not received any response from your side.Such an unprofessional approach from your side. I request you to arrange a refund or replacement for the defective item at the earliest. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will not be shopping with you again in the future.”

“A Fab Navratri Purchase! Bought a beautiful red dupatta with Gujarati embroidery, for my garba dance. The colour and work was just perfect and went beautifully with my red ghaaghra. The product was exactly as shown in the website images. And as always, the package got delivered in time, with a sweet hand written note from the itokri toli! their personal touch is a heart winner! The length could have been a bit longer.”

“The ikat kurta arrived in good time and fitted well but I i found the collar to be cut too high in front. I had to alter it slightly. So attention needs to be given to the cut. Otherwise my experience with Itokri has been good”

“I'm so thankful and happy that I found Itokri! I combed their whole website admiring all of their beautiful artisnal offerings, and I purchased two dresses for myself and a handbag for my best friend for her birthday. I wore my dresses for the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers here in Australia, and I am in love with them! I send my Friend her gift tomorrow as she lives in Kansas, USA and I'm certain she's going to love it. I've also suggested to my Aunt who makes quilts, to shop on Itokri for fabrics. I most definitely will be shopping on Itokri again. I feel privileged to have access to such beautiful things. “Very poor service. Itokri team keeps sending tonnes of messages but product wise, they are fake. Zero responsibility Regarding the product,I cannot say anything because it NEVER reached to me ( which was supposed to be a gift for someone) after LOT of efforts. This team just messed up everything. Not recommended at all.”
