“Dear ITokri I love your products and that you support artisans. However your packaging is extremely wasteful! For all non-breakable items there were 4 layers of packaging. Two of them plastic! Increased packaging weight, and more trash. It’s discourages me from ordering from you again. Being truthful! Also be upfront about there being customs charges on international packages. I paid an extra $23.00 to get my package.”

“Generally I like the product/material I regularly order from iTokri but nowadays find the fabric quality not upto mark. One recent one ordered is thin material and will need lining. On the description page this info of whether lining is needed or not should be displayed. Then people who don’t like lining will not buy this and waste money. Thanks”

“The cotton fabric I ordered is good and the colours are true to the photo's. It didn't come as fast as things from the UK of course but it was worth the short wait, especially as the price was very fair.”

“I ordered several Kurtas and shawls and I love the qualety.I ordered from Germany and still the paymentservice quick delivery and easy customspayment thru DHL was top.So if you think about ordering please do so it is worth it if you like indisn fadhion and artisan fabric.It will not be my öast order.Only remak I have for bigger sizes(I am 2XX ) would be to dize up 1 numbrr if you want loos fit at the arms.It fits fine but for us bigger girls the arms are tight.Greetings from abroad Cora.”
