“I ordered on itokri when I was just about setting off on a work trip, fully expecting my order not to arrive until my return. But it was handled much quicker than I thought. The products I bought are amazing - great quality, beautiful and even smell amazing (there were wooden items included in my order). There was a handwritten note and a little gift in the parcel and it all looks like there was great care put in every detail. I had to pay customs tax - as is law in my country. That´s not the fault of the seller, but you should consider this when thinking about what you´re willing to spend on any given item. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.”

“The customer service was first class and speedy responses. I am delighted with the indigo fabrics I purchased. A couple of fabric choices became unavailable but this was communicated to me professionally and a suitable alternative agreed. The fabrics arrived quicker than expected and were incredibly well wrapped and packaged. The handwritten and personalised note and small gift was very much appreciated and unexpected. Thank you ☺️”

“Great experience with itokri.com - I’m in the UK and was expecting it to take much longer. There was a delay in sending because of the quantities available of one fabric, but they were super transparent and all was good, then I added about as much again to my original order! But the shipping was super fast, very impressive. I will order again. I’m trying not to order now, I need to sew things before I buy more!! But the fabric is out of this world, such quality for a great price. Thank you so much itokri and for the excellent customer service via WhatsApp, your colleagues were a pleasure to deal with.”

“The box arrived from India amazingly fast. I did have to pay a $26 customs fee to the delivery company. Every item was wrapped carefully. Since I was curious about how the various unstitched items would arrive, I am including photos of some of the cloths after hand washing, air drying, and ironing. This fabric is lovely.”

“This site is a true tribute to the rich heritage of Indian handicrafts. Recently purchased a short kurta. Good hand embroidered. Like this item. This website and their emails will give you a queen like treatment. Still I felt that there is room for improvement in customer service. Royal experience in interface and templates is very much welcome, but at the same time, replies to customers' queries should be prompt and responsive. In my case, whether in web chat, WhatsApp or email, they took days just to tell an item's size chart etc. Not very forthcoming to suggest alternative items or find out any as per a customer's choice.”
