“There is a good range of products to choose from. Service is great and communication with the iTokri team is very easy via WhatsApp. Orders are always delivered on time. In case of any problem, the customer care team responds promptly and with a will to resolve the issue. It came promptly, beautifully wrapped and with little personal notes enclosed that made me feel it was a celebration. The product was exactly as photographed, complete and beautiful quality. “Already reviewed, but had a new suggestion to do so. I love the fabrics ordered, the team is great and accessible, the quality is beautiful, shipping is fast. Thank you for all of it and for the lovely gift and handnote ! Unfotunately our customs in France took almost 50% tax on the order... they take the VAT purcentage and then add a fee of process of 25 euros, total = half of the amount of my order on top of it... I know Itokri can't do anything here, but it's important to let you all know how ccustoms take advantage... At the end, it made my order out of price, at least for my budget, so unfortunatey I wont be able to order back soon, which saddens me as I really love your fabrics”
