“There is a good range of products to choose from. Service is great and communication with the iTokri team is very easy via WhatsApp. Orders are always delivered on time. In case of any problem, the customer care team responds promptly and with a will to resolve the issue. So far,I have never been disappointed!💖😊 This time my order of a mouse pad displaying Indian Rajawadi design is reaching USA spreading our cultural heritage abroad 🤗🇮🇳”

“My first transaction with iTokri has been very satisfying. They communicated with me all along until my purchase was delivered. It came promptly, beautifully wrapped and with little personal notes enclosed that made me feel it was a celebration. The product was exactly as photographed, complete and beautiful quality. I’m making up the gorgeous material into a garment ahead of other projects. Most enjoyable company to deal with. Many thanks to iTokri and the skillful artisans for making it such a gratifying expedience.”

“Already reviewed, but had a new suggestion to do so. I love the fabrics ordered, the team is great and accessible, the quality is beautiful, shipping is fast. Thank you for all of it and for the lovely gift and handnote ! Unfotunately our customs in France took almost 50% tax on the order... they take the VAT purcentage and then add a fee of process of 25 euros, total = half of the amount of my order on top of it... I know Itokri can't do anything here, but it's important to let you all know how ccustoms take advantage... At the end, it made my order out of price, at least for my budget, so unfortunatey I wont be able to order back soon, which saddens me as I really love your fabrics”

“I had a great experience with the customer service and the products. The fabrics were great - the included information on the individual product gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing (and is appreciated greatly); the jewellery is more so hit or miss, next time I would choose more carefully. However one point of improvement perhaps for specifically international orders: I appreciate the handmade boxes however it only pulls attention of border control, additionally a detailed list (including size & makeup/ingredients) of shipped items will prevent hopefully unexpected delays & high cost of border control for future customers.”

“I liked the product packaging and the fabric quality, It's just the colour I found a bit dull. Otherwise it's good.As a first purchase I received a beautiful earring alongwith the order as gift. I appreciate the sellers for building this bond with their customers.Hope to buy some more pieces in future.Although prices are a bit too high.”

“Bought a multicolored stole. It looks exactly as shown in the picture on their website. The youngsters in our family liked it very much and plan to buy such stoles. I was very impresed by its simple packing and use of biodegradable material, handwritten box. Thank you for the very humane touch. 💐. Loved it.”

“I recently bought a 3 metre raw silk cloth from itokri. I was a bit disappointed. The fabric looks really beautiful on the portal but not so in real life. However, it is a gift for my daughter in law. I do hope she likes it! Thank you itokri for the service, delivery and delightful gift!”
