“As always, the fabrics from iTokri are beautiful and as described. I do want to caution buyers in the US. The price in USD on the site will not be correct if you do not sign in and indicate you are in the US. It is substantially higher - over 30% more. At the end a price was given in rupees that I should have checked, but assumed was the same as the USD price. Also be aware that iTokri is not one of the companies that pays the tariffs- that increase does not include them and you will receive and other bill for ~10% before it will be delivered. TLDR: The product is fantastic, but not as inexpensive as it seems at first glance. Still happy with my purchase.”

“This site is a true tribute to the rich heritage of Indian handicrafts. Recently purchased a short kurta. Good hand embroidered. Like this item. This website and their emails will give you a queen like treatment. Still I felt that there is room for improvement in customer service. Royal experience in interface and templates is very much welcome, but at the same time, replies to customers' queries should be prompt and responsive. In my case, whether in web chat, WhatsApp or email, they took days just to tell an item's size chart etc. Not very forthcoming to suggest alternative items or find out any as per a customer's choice.”

“It has been a long association with i tokri. It is a fruit ful association , I get various artisan with diversely weaved cotton from different states at one platform. The service also is satisfactory. The only point to discord is the cost, but can be afforded .”

“For new orders & delivery this I Tokri team is very responsive & quick, but for returns & refund you need to have both patience & time to keep reminding them for pick up & later for the refund but then also you never know when will they act . Their designs & colour schemes are beautiful,but compare to other brands selling the similar products I felt pricing is high .”
