“I ordered three things - 2 salwar suit materials and one sari. I was very happy with the products I received . The quality was good and they resembled the photos. There was good communication from purchase to delivery .”

“Your service is excellent which I appreciate. The dupattas are lovely however, they are both much darker in colour than they appeared in the photos where they appeared to be more pastel. Otherwise the service and qualitly is excellent.”

“Well, the truth is that I knowit takes quite a long time to send from India to Spain, but I have not givea100% review as I have not received goods, n it looks that it will take another week or 10 days more. Rest, quiry, n service very good.”

“i Tokri has made it easy for people like me who love handloom from different parts of India i have been struggling for years to get my favorite Ikat, sanganeri, Mangalgiri materials but now all of these can be found under one roof. [I am from Gwaliorborn in kamla raje hospital,and have a special affnity for itokri which is from kampoo, gwalior.] delivery is propmt and i like specially their eco friendly recycled wrapping.. the special gift i get each time is cherry on the cake Keep it up !!! love”

“The products are beautiful handicrafts and their customer service is very good. The items were perfect as weel as the packaging. The only problem is out of their control: customs fees. I had to pay an extra sum of 39 euros of customs taxes (shipping from India to Italy) and this fact will affect future orders.”

“I brought a Kashmir enamelware tiffin . The staff response to my request and make sure to send me the pretty tiffin . The quality was good too and they even give me 2 napkins to compliment my tiffin. Now I use it everyday and wash it immediately after use to maintain the tiffin. Thank you”
