“The site itself is good and rich in Indian heritage. So kudos to them. But my personal experience of the Diffuser Lamp has been bitter. I received the Lamp in broken condition.”

“The staff are courteous! Messages are full of love. This might help but does not make up for efficiency. I once ordered a saree which showed purple in colour on your website but turned out to be blue. I ran out of time to gift it so I did not return it. Then I ordered two sets of mugs which I was told held cracks and were therefore not delivered to me. It would be good if you could ensure the quality of products you sell prior to posting their sale on your website. Yes, and do consider reducing costs so that you stay ahead of the competition. “ordered 4 sets - material,while 3 stood true to their pic and looked as pretty as they were in the photos,the 4th fell woefully short and looks more like a curtain than a dress material!!! sigh!! Should have clicked on return.. but didnt! anyways my only disappointment was the color runs on all of them except the 4th- duh!! my luck! the selections are easy to make -product descriptions are good, do add another feature - color runs or not!!!”

“The blouse is good, but as I couldn't get a proper size chart, the size was bigger and I had to alter it. I bought S , but ex.s would have been enough, but I dint want to take a risk in the absence of proper size chart. The staff couldn't communicate in English and that was also a handicap”

“Loved my ethnic purchase at itokri. Lot of traditional choices from different regions . Highly recommend for ethic purchase. Only suggestion try to put rough days of purchase delivery. Since my purchase took some time to be delivered .”
