“I had a great experience with the customer service and the products. The fabrics were great - the included information on the individual product gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing (and is appreciated greatly); the jewellery is more so hit or miss, next time I would choose more carefully. However one point of improvement perhaps for specifically international orders: I appreciate the handmade boxes however it only pulls attention of border control, additionally a detailed list (including size & makeup/ingredients) of shipped items will prevent hopefully unexpected delays & high cost of border control for future customers.”

“I liked the product packaging and the fabric quality, It's just the colour I found a bit dull. Otherwise it's good.As a first purchase I received a beautiful earring alongwith the order as gift. I appreciate the sellers for building this bond with their customers.Hope to buy some more pieces in future.Although prices are a bit too high.”

“Bought a multicolored stole. It looks exactly as shown in the picture on their website. The youngsters in our family liked it very much and plan to buy such stoles. I was very impresed by its simple packing and use of biodegradable material, handwritten box. Thank you for the very humane touch. 💐. Loved it.”

“I recently bought a 3 metre raw silk cloth from itokri. I was a bit disappointed. The fabric looks really beautiful on the portal but not so in real life. However, it is a gift for my daughter in law. I do hope she likes it! Thank you itokri for the service, delivery and delightful gift!”

“I tokri is good spot to buy authentic cotton,varied choice is there to suit young women to diamond age old women,it provides variety of fabric and colours,overall my experience with I tokri has been very satisfying. Only reason for giving 1 star less is price,it is bit on higher side.Shiping and payment modes are all satisfactory.”

“My first purchase with Itokri. Uptil now preferred offline shopping. Feel the fabric, assure the colour is what I am looking for, check for flaws in material, weaving. Very happy with the Pink Kota Doria dupatta I purchased. It arrived in 7 days. Was relieved that the colour was what I felt it was in the photograph. Quality of fabric seems good. Hope to purchase more from Itokri soon.”

“Recently, I received my order #836390, a little late this time though(Maybe due to festival rush). Sadly,to my surprise,while checking the unstitched piece I found a price tag of ₹1800/-in one corner of the fabric,for which you have charged me ₹3100/-!?!? Please check the attached pictures for your reference.”

“I ordered a kurta from iTokri recently. While ordering, I mentioned that I wanted the kurta to be ordered. I even wrote an email regarding this and was told that you would alter the kurta before delivering. However, none of that happened. Customer care called me after I wrote an email about this but they were clueless as to what can be done in this scenario. At one point she even suggested that I could get it altered myself. The person who wrote the email confirming about alteration before delivery (Mohit I think) also called but I missed his call. When I called back he didn’t answer. I didn’t understand why so many ppl had to contact me. I already stated in email what went wrong, still got 2-3 calls from Customer Care asking the same question. So that was unexpected. About the quality of the product, I have no issues. FYI - I have resolved the size issue at my end, so let’s not get into that discussion again.”
