“Beautiful fabric at amazing low price, swiftly despatched to the UK in just a week. The company seem to be running along co-operative lines, with artisans hand-producing quality artifacts and fabrics in their home regions in India, then iTokri undertake to market it for them. In this way, everyone is a winner- the producer, who has access to a world wide market, the shop front company who obviously make a profit, and the customer, who gets quality products at a good price, whilst being assured the artisan workers are fairly renumerated. Its a worthwhile model that would benefit from being copied more widely around the world. The choice of products is wide, I went for fabric by the metre but made up garments and jewellery are also available. I can see this company expanding its production lines in the future and bringing to market more artisan crafts.”

“I've been an iTokri customer for a few years now. The fabric, stoles, coasters, earrings, rakhis and bedspreads have been my favourite buys so far. Great quality and unique handmade material, plus eco-friendly and reliable shipping. The free gifts they send with the package aren't always great but the handwritten note is always warm. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to support Indian artisans and buy beautiful things.”
