“I had been your customer probably for more than 5 years. However the recent exp had been pathetic. The order was booked on 14th & delivered on Sunday evening. You are showing consignment dispatched from from Chennai on tuesday morning from Chennai & it takes more than five days to reach another metro city. The courier Co. told me that probably it was dispatched by road to Mumbai & then to Delhi. You should have informed me about long delivery time while order booking. If it was agreeable to me than only booked the order. I realized the consignment travelled 1st from Kannauj UP(manufacturer) to Chennai, repacked & again dispatched Delhi with itokri brand. Not acceptable”

“My experience with I Tokri was absolutely horrible! I bought a shawl for about Rs 5000. Prepaid. They haven't delivered it to me even after 20 days. They haven't given me a Refund. This is a complete FRAUD site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

We would like to clarify that the delivery took time because our team was continuously coordinating with the courier partner to ensure successful delivery. However, the contact number shared with the order was found to be invalid, due to which the courier team could not complete the delivery. “I had ordered 5 fabrics out of which i wanted to return 1...have been in touch with them through instagram and mails but everytime there is a response that it will be picked up.I have already stitched 4 fabrics and have started using them also but fhe 5 th one is still to be returned and refunded.The fabric quality is superb but the after sales is pathetic...Disappointed”

“I am keeping it short since your requested a नन्हा सा review. I had the package in my hand but the courier took it back because they couldn't send me the OTP on my international number. I called the itokri call center but they didn't know what to do about it. Thereafter, I sent several messages to their WhatsApp number, to no avail. The courier took it back to Gwalior. The package was never delivered and they are yet to refund the money”

“The inventory numbers are always off. Place an order a couple days later you can expect an email saying hey we messed up we don’t have xyz in stock pls look for an alternative. They won’t ship anything till you confirm the alternative which blows my mind but for them it makes sense from keeping shipping costs low so you get to know where you stand on the priority list. Next they will not respond to updates for tracking information. Eg my tracking info shows Delhi on the 18th or so and no updates after. I made the purchase to take with me when I left the country so time sensitivity exists but the CS folks don’t care to respond to three separate emails. Will I buy from them again - sadly yes because I don’t have an alternative that supports local artisans I know of. If I did I would gladly kick them curbside. Tl;dr : don’t expect anything in stock, don’t expect timely responses to queries and expect delays. Would look elsewhere if possible.”

“The green color fabric is very very poor quality. Very thin like malmal dhoti. Compared with green color fabric, Blue color fabric is good .Both are not Handloom Fabric. Your seller is cheated me .You are happy that , you are got your commission. . As per your return policy, I can not return the green color fabric. Wastage of Money. I earn Artisan Reward on this order. This award is not appearing in my account with you.Atleast ,Please follow "Professional ethics." You will cheat customer only one time, but not always.
