It is cheating Courier did not deliver my parcel He took OTP when no one was there. I asked him to keep in portico shoe rack. When I checked in camera there was no person came for delivery

Very bad service. I want to return the product but once you deliver the product you dnt care about the return process. I will wait for 2 more days to but the reviews on youtube and after 10 days i will start the legal procedure.

I had been your customer probably for more than 5 years. However the recent exp had been pathetic. The order was booked on 14th & delivered on Sunday evening. You are showing consignment dispatched from from Chennai on tuesday morning from Chennai & it takes more than five days to reach another metro city. The courier Co. told me that probably it was dispatched by road to Mumbai & then to Delhi. You should have informed me about long delivery time while order booking. If it was agreeable to me than only booked the order. I realized the consignment travelled 1st from Kannauj UP(manufacturer) to Chennai, repacked & again dispatched Delhi with itokri brand. Not acceptable

My experience with I Tokri was absolutely horrible! I bought a shawl for about Rs 5000. Prepaid. They haven't delivered it to me even after 20 days. They haven't given me a Refund. This is a complete FRAUD site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

However, the contact number shared with the order was found to be invalid, due to which the courier team could not complete the delivery. Because of the failed contact, the shipment moved into RTO process, which added to the delay. Your order was received back with us only yesterday, and our team tried reaching you immediately. I had ordered 5 fabrics out of which i wanted to return 1...have been in touch with them through instagram and mails but everytime there is a response that it will be picked up.I have already stitched 4 fabrics and have started using them also but fhe 5 th one is still to be returned and refunded.The fabric quality is superb but the after sales is pathetic...Disappointed

I am keeping it short since your requested a नन्हा सा review. I had the package in my hand but the courier took it back because they couldn't send me the OTP on my international number. I called the itokri call center but they didn't know what to do about it. Thereafter, I sent several messages to their WhatsApp number, to no avail. The courier took it back to Gwalior. The package was never delivered and they are yet to refund the money
