“In my last three orders I received a yellow shirt with tailor's pen marks around the pocket, a red kurta that was 3.7 cms smaller than advertised and a dark green co.our fabric which was displayed on site as 'sky blue'. I accepted all the products bar the fabric. A total of 14 messages were sent over 2 weeks and I received no satisfactory reply or replacement. ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS QUALITY CONTROL.”

“Never received the item that I ordered Umpteen calls to the given number did not help though the girls who answered the phone were very polite and helpful It is the delivery associates who neither called nor came home”

“I have made 7 orders with Itokri over past 12 months. In my last order, the number of meters didn’t add up, so I got suspicious and measured each of the fabrics I ordered. To my disappointment, all fabrics were missing at least a meter. In total 13.5 meters from my order. They have failed to acknowledge anything.”

“Ordered 3 pieces of pochampally cloth for Rs.3035/- on 31/12/23. They seemed to have parcelled it through Blue Dart and Blue Dart returned the parcel to Itikori on Jan 2nd. They told me they'll send it again through Delhivery parcel service.Waited for days and had to cancel my order as I was sensing fraud.I think ITikori used my money for 15 days..Fraud..Never buy from Itikori again.. they'll utilise you.”

“Product wasn't as shown in image. Product was supposed to have "Open 24/7" writing and it was empty. The hanging hook is upside down. There were delivery issues as well, where they cancelled first shipment and then after my follow ups they send it via other delivery vendor. Would not recommend.”

“Only half of the Kurta suites I ordered, we’re fitting well. I contacted the team on Wednesday, to start returns process. It is Sunday today and I still have not received any information for when will the stuff be picked up and money be refunded. I have wasted so much time for WhatsApp chats, phone call with out any success. Extremely poor service. Will not be ordering from this website again.”
