“I had made an international order to uk. They said they had dispatched it on the 1-th of august. The tracking details does not show any information through skynett. I have contacted itokri regarding this by sending them emails and asking to update where the item is . They never responded. I’m deeply disappointed as I have paid r/s.4335 includes a high delivery rate. Please do not place any international orders. It won’t reach you and they don’t bother to respond to your emails.”

“I ordered Rakhis from the website recently and paid extra for DHL delivery within 5-7 days. It has now been two weeks and the order has not been received. I then followed up with i-Tokri via email. They sent me a link to the DHL website with a tracking number. The tracking shows no progress whatsoever in despatching the item. I wrote to I-Tokri again and have not received any response. Instead ironically they sent me an email to ask me to provide a review of the product which laughably is yet to be received and the delivery. Given I paid over Rs 1500 for 5-7 business day delivery I would expect a refund of this additional amount as the delivery timeline is well lapsed. But for that you would need someone at I-Tokri to respond. This is a disgrace as I paid over Rs 3000 for 5 rakhis which is quite frankly an exorbitant amount. However the intention was to support local craftspeople via the website. Given the status of delivery and follow up response one would not order via this website again and this is a loss for artisans who potentially use this website for their products. What a shame!”

“Very poor quality product very dull CLR missprint over whole fabric..last time I purchased dharwad cotton suit material that was very awesome.i was very happy with tha last purchase..but recently I purchased kalamkari suit material that is totally disappointed not expected from itokri”

“I bought the green Srikalahasti kalamkari mangalgiri saree. The material was very cheap, just basic cotton. The saree is not worth RS 12,000 plus . It’s a saree that would be around 3000.”

“Recently I purchased 2 sets of Dadiji's pickle jar set and 2 sets of wind chime. Regret to say that dadiji's pickle jar set is not good at all. The bottles does not close properly and all the jars does not fit in the tray. Also I got the windchime broken. All the items were so badly packed. I wrote to Itokri for which till today they did not respond. I am regretting buying these items from Itokri.”

“I had purchased a sari blouse vide Order NO 602403, delivered on 24th May, 2023. However, I was not happy with your product as it was not the colour I wanted and I was not happy with the fitting either. As per your return and refund policy I immediately sent an email to iTokri.com on 25th May after speaking to yuor customer service executive. It has now been almost 9-10 days since I sent my refund and no one from iTokri has bothered to respond or contact me. Frankly, I am disgusted and disappointed.”

“Extremely disappointed and will not be them using ever again. I ordered a suit on 3 May and on 2 June it still hasn't arrived in the UK. This is fine if customers' expectations are managed, but I was told my item would be with me in 7 days. The wedding I ordered it for came and went. Overall an incredibly frustrating experiencing and if I could give zero stars, I would. Truly terrible.”
