“Product wasn't as shown in image. Product was supposed to have "Open 24/7" writing and it was empty. The hanging hook is upside down. There were delivery issues as well, where they cancelled first shipment and then after my follow ups they send it via other delivery vendor. Would not recommend.”

“Only half of the Kurta suites I ordered, we’re fitting well. I contacted the team on Wednesday, to start returns process. It is Sunday today and I still have not received any information for when will the stuff be picked up and money be refunded. I have wasted so much time for WhatsApp chats, phone call with out any success. Extremely poor service. Will not be ordering from this website again.”

“I ordered a set of samples on Sept 24th, so that I can make bulk order for large qty. I still haven't received it and today is Oct 8th. Your service and support is unbelievably poor and unprofessional. I made repeated requests to ship it faster after Itokri mishandled first shipping!”

“I had to order from iTokri because I needed a Kalamkari print stole in particular. I couldn't find them locally as I have not got the chance to explore the markets in person. Although their platform, delivery, website is in place and there is a responsive customer service too, the core of their business which is the actual textile is not upto the mark and highly priced for what they offered at least in terms of the stoles that I have ordered. Had the need to purchase traditional Kalamkari kurtas too but couldn't proceed any further.”
