“Very disappointed with my order. Pockets were placed too high and in one kurta it was stitched upside down. The finish was very bad as well.”

“Not happy with the quality of the product, there are loose ends. I have other water hyacinth products and this is by far the poorest quality product. Not sturdy as well. the packaging of the product is very over. The overall user experience is bad.”

“I am extremely sorry to say that I am not satisfied with your team last 7 days I request to pickup my stuff n I talked to personally so many times but nobody bothered for that I told me that it Wil complete today this n that but still today no body come for pickup I am totally cheated by your team I told for alteration but they send as it is now they are not bothered for pickup I am shocked that is kind of big company can do this type of working really I am cheated”

“When you go through website and ads everything is presented so well. You will be trusting the place from the word go. The variety But that's exactly the speed with which you ll be disappointed a lot. In the aftermath the experience with itokri leaves you baffled and you will regret evey penny you spent. Especially for the blouses. You would trust them but they will slap you with such a mediocre product in your face that the only compensation is that stupid tiny nosering they send along. Boasting about it a lot nonetheless as if everyone must have a use for it! I would suggest that there are such brilliant new home grown places to purchase your ethnic garments. Please take a look there. And spare yourself from horrible product service. It makes you wonder and question yourself as to why did you like the product in the first place. It looks so bright and shiny but when it's actually there in your hands you feel that it can only have a use in your kitchen as a cleaning cloth! That's how worst is the garment quality. It's old, expensive, shabby when it arrives. The fit is pathetic! You would have a headache thinking why did you not go to tailor to get it stiched for you. It might have taken days but at least you would be content. I am never purchasing any other product from itorki. They deceive and cheat. They just present a good image on the website but the work is absolutely poor. Try staying away from this website. There are such nicer places with prompt services and excellent product. Itokri is not one of them!”

“Worst Service ever, I have not received any information about my order that I placed 20 days ao and when i try to reach out to the team at Itokri they don't respond, you guys have taken my money with nothing being delivered till now, and I have requested for a refund to be processed and cancellation of the order but have got no response Pathetic customer service and it looks like you guys only take the money and deliver nothing. I had been stolen of my money and my order is not delivered till now”

“I had made an international order to uk. They said they had dispatched it on the 1-th of august. The tracking details does not show any information through skynett. I have contacted itokri regarding this by sending them emails and asking to update where the item is . They never responded. I’m deeply disappointed as I have paid r/s.4335 includes a high delivery rate. Please do not place any international orders. It won’t reach you and they don’t bother to respond to your emails.”

“I ordered Rakhis from the website recently and paid extra for DHL delivery within 5-7 days. It has now been two weeks and the order has not been received. I then followed up with i-Tokri via email. They sent me a link to the DHL website with a tracking number. The tracking shows no progress whatsoever in despatching the item. I wrote to I-Tokri again and have not received any response. Instead ironically they sent me an email to ask me to provide a review of the product which laughably is yet to be received and the delivery. Given I paid over Rs 1500 for 5-7 business day delivery I would expect a refund of this additional amount as the delivery timeline is well lapsed. But for that you would need someone at I-Tokri to respond. This is a disgrace as I paid over Rs 3000 for 5 rakhis which is quite frankly an exorbitant amount. However the intention was to support local craftspeople via the website. Given the status of delivery and follow up response one would not order via this website again and this is a loss for artisans who potentially use this website for their products. What a shame!”

“I bought the green Srikalahasti kalamkari mangalgiri saree. The material was very cheap, just basic cotton. The saree is not worth RS 12,000 plus . It’s a saree that would be around 3000.”
