“Very poor delivery experience. Blue dart their partner and itokri had no communication. 20th October order still not recd. Blue dart person came when door closed. Then he asked to share otp and promise to deliver next day. Till date he doesn't arrived. Itokri only promises to look into the matter but didn't responded as well.”

“Ordered candle baskets to gift my friends on diwali, received the order in a terribly damaged condition. I called up the customer service to inform about the product and they tell it's non returnable. I had to share the screenshot of there own product details to make them realise that it was a returnable one . So pathetic the customer service is that don't know their own terms and conditions. I will not recommend itokri to anybody . Terrible experience I had.”

“Hello team. To start with, I'm a huge fan of itokri and have purchased many products from your site. The first time I bought curtains for my room after my marriage I was very excited. I ordered them around 3rd Feb. They looked nice in my new house but yesterday was the first time I washed them and it bleeder out all the indigo. The whole curtain is ruined now. It was a white and indigo and now the white is gone. I don't want to use it anymore. Such a waste of money and I'm very angry about it.”

“I had orders 3 scarfs and 3 potli as gift bags . I recd one scarf with no heming … very very shabby . The potli’s were very different from the images . You are taking your customers for granted . Your call center says potli cannot be returned . May I know why . Specially when you have sent me the wrong one”

“I have ordered 2 kurtis of same size.Guess what? one seems to be larger than other one.I called them and drafted an email for exchange.They said they will take it back but there is no follow up on returns.So better dont buy stitched materials.you can buy cut pieces.”
