“Namaste... The online experience was great. But what I had requested for was a Mahogany Red piece of Mulmul Cotton cloth. The intention was to use it for a holy purpose. What I received though was in pink colour, totally defeating the purpose of my order.”

“Not happy at all! After few months of shopping now they are telling me from now on they wont accept returns of any order despite writing on product page itself that returns are accepted within 7 days. I have completely stopped purchasing from itokri now ! Their dont themselves stick to their own policy..all that conditions written there over page works only initially.. after that they are telling me that they cant afford returns.”

“I am very disappointed with the masks. The elastic of the 3 ply mask has broken after a single use, the test 4 are so small for the face whereas I have a small faced structure and regular size fits me and the white colour mask elastuc is so short that it does not touch the ears.”
