“Hi I ordered two bedcovers from itokri- batik and ikat print.Imagine my surprise that when I opened it I recieved two bedsheets which were different in designs from the ones I ordered. This happened on cod basis after confirmation of order. But I have to say this that instead of making a hue and cry about it, the itokri team arranged for collection of article and refunded the amount. But I was disappointed with the wrong delivery as this has never happened with itokri before. Better luck and fingers crossed for next time.”

“I always order sanganeri pleated masks from Itokri and keep recommending them to my friends. Best 3 layered masks at a good price but now they have started making them with dark black lining which sweats colour in hot summers and just not good according to health issues. I asked for white lining masks but I tokari wants bulk order else they won’t make white lining masks. Really disappointed.”

“Recent order ended up a bitter experience. I ordered because you offered 2 cushion cases at Rs750. But a few days after the payment you people called to say that it was a mistake and i will get only one case for the amount. What kind of professionalism is that , i wonder!! The trust of a customer once broken is broken forever. So goodbye dear iTokri.”
