I had orders 3 scarfs and 3 potli as gift bags .
I recd one scarf with no heming … very very shabby .
The potli’s were very different from the images .
You are taking your customers for granted .
Your call center says potli cannot be returned . May I know why . Specially when you have sent me the wrong one
