Ordered candle baskets to gift my friends on diwali, received the order in a terribly damaged condition. I called up the customer service to inform about the product and they tell it's non returnable. I had to share the screenshot of there own product details to make them realise that it was a returnable one .
So pathetic the customer service is that don't know their own terms and conditions.
I will not recommend itokri to anybody .
Terrible experience I had.
