Very poor delivery experience. Blue dart their partner and itokri had no communication. 20th October order still not recd. Blue dart person came when door closed. Then he asked to share otp and promise to deliver next day. Till date he doesn't arrived. Itokri only promises to look into the matter but didn't responded as well.
