“Money wasted. My parcel was destroyed before I could receive it, because iTokri's customer service took TWO MONTHS to tell me who the courier company was, by which time it was too late. (the courier company was holding my parcel and I had no way of contacting them without iTokri telling me what company it was). Learn from my loss: DO NOT purchase with iTokri if you live overseas.”

“Hi, I am not satisfied with the recent order for Neem Wood Oval Shaped Plate (Small)and Rumi Cut Stone Sterling Silver Stud Earring. ( no value for money). “I had purchased a dupatta and a pair of earings. I would recommend everyone reading this comment to NEVER purchase anything from this site. The dupatta leaves colors whenever you even touch it.I tried the dupatta with my white kurti, which has now become red from one side because of the dupatta. The earings were damaged. And such bad quality products are not even worth 1 penny. Afterall its a buyer's hard earned money!! Please do nt waste your money on this site! And, they throw hundreds of tantrums when you want to return your parcel even if the quality is bad and clothes leave color. Please please stay away from such sites!!! There should have been a negative rating for this site!”

“I wish I could say anything nice about the order I made. It has been on hold for 6 days now and no one has been able to give me an explanation. I bought this fabric for work, I'm a costume maker and if the delivery had been fine, I wanted to order more... but untill now I've seen nothing... I'm just upset and disappointed.”

Hi Marion, Your shipment is in local custom clearance. Unfortunately there is not much we can do at local custom delays. I just checked the shippment now and it is being cleared today. “The cloth looked good and I got it stitched. After the first wash it lost colour so badly. So I could not wear it after wash, it looked thatbad. Total waste of money. will never purchase again from this site.”

“I had requested for the product to be delivered on a specific date as was not in office the same was also assured by tokri thru mails. Inspite of the same the delivery was done earlier putting others in discomfort. Didn't expect this from tokri not at all professional”
