“Ordered two fabrics, they were only 22" in width, which was not mentioned. I assumed the fabrics were 44" width. I'm left with two small fabrics”

“I had heard about you and seen your products which looked extremely fantastic.I was looking forward to order these earrings.Your newspaper packaging is very cute and the pouch is extremely lovely.But sadly,the earrings are not.They are so fragile like they would break any moment I am about to wear.Now when I look at them I feel they weren't value for money either.This is a huge disappointment for me.”

“I think ordering with iTokri is fine as long as you don't want to return it or talk to their customer service. Ordered fabric and found that the colours didn't match exactly. Initiated return process with their 'hindi' ONLY speaking customer service staff, who will continue to talk in hindi even if you say you don't understand the language. Not a single english speaking customer service staff they say and run an international online business. How many days I had to follow up with them to get the return parcel collected. Finally it was collected after 12 or so days, and then again I didn't hear from them for a week. I kept mailing to ask the status and received no reply. Just saw that the money has been refunded to my account. For this entire return process, they made some 10-15 phone calls, all in Hindi, while I kept telling them that I would like email communication. Having sent a wrong product and have the customer answer 15 phone calls for that? I am also offended that you think everyone should know Hindi.”

“I do not look at the material when it is sent to me. I do that after months when I am using it. Sadly it is always short of 3-5 inches most of the time and the current piece which says 3 and half metre is not even 3 metres”

“Response to my order was immediate. It reached me in time.I was pleasantly surprised to find the saree I ordered for, nicely packed in a bag with a pair of earring attached. Thanks a lot . Keep it up. I have placed another order and waiting for it to arrive. Find the price a tad on the higher side. May be you can offer small discounts occasionally”

“EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GOOD MOSTLY...BUT THE LAST ORDER HAS BEEN A DISASTER... I GUESS, NOW THAT YOUR BRAND HAS MADE A NAME FOR ITSELF.. U PEOPLE ARE GOING TOO LOW ON QUALITY. GOT TWO RUNNING DRESS MATERIAL (BAGRU DABU BLUE PRINTED MATERIALS) WE HAD ALREADY WASHED THEM IN SALINE WATER BEFORE GETTING IT STITCHED. BUT NOW WHENEVER I WEAR THE KURTI MADE OUT OF IT.. IT LEAVES THE BLUE COLOUR ON MY BODY... COLOUR BLEEDS WHEN DRY TOO.”
