“The cloth looked good and I got it stitched. After the first wash it lost colour so badly. So I could not wear it after wash, it looked thatbad. Total waste of money. will never purchase again from this site.”

“I had requested for the product to be delivered on a specific date as was not in office the same was also assured by tokri thru mails. Inspite of the same the delivery was done earlier putting others in discomfort. Didn't expect this from tokri not at all professional”

“The products look very nice when seen on the website. I definitely appreciate the creativity in it but the quality of manufacturing the products is very bad. I had ordered one bag, one wallet and two earring and all of them had very untidy finish and made of very bad quality. The fabrics used for the bad and wallet were very bad and the stitching for all the more worse. the strings in the bad came out within 5 min of opening the package leave alone using the bag. The wallet was also not opening properly and wasn't neat at all. The earrings were still better than the bag and wallet but still not that great. I had to gift the stuff to a friend bt i decided to return it and buy her something else.”

“THE RETURN PICK UP HAS BECOME A PAIN FROM 1 WEEK,NOT EXPECTED SUCH SERVICE FROM ITOKRI. ABOUT THE PRODUCT: your website seems to have wide range of variety and products but unfortunately the fabrics i had ordered didnt feel upto the mark compared to the price u charged per meter..the cloth will also leave colour when washed,the colour and material shown on pic also feels diff .about the packaging i m not sure if you guys always wrap it with a news paper and brown card board and send it to customers but they needs to be improvised”

“I had ordered kalamkari fabric and blue dart refused to deliver it to my home ...i have yet not received it inspite of me being at home all these days. When i tracked the product its listed at consignee not at home ...which is a total lie. Please improve ur delivery system . Blue dart sucks”

“I ordered a messenger bag from itokri , first of all the order got delivered after a month , although the expected delivery date happened to be within a week. Secondly after using it for twice, the stitches around the main compartment's zip opened up along with the small compartment's stitches. Adding to the situation, the main strap of the bag which has a buckle in it is made so inappropriately, that it had to be mended to make it usable.”
