“The delivery time mentioned at the time of purchase was 3-5 days. Order did not arrive for 8 days, after which we were told that it will take 4-5 more days. We cancelled the order.”

“I had ordered kalamkari fabric and blue dart refused to deliver it to my home ...i have yet not received it inspite of me being at home all these days. When i tracked the product its listed at consignee not at home ...which is a total lie. Please improve ur delivery system . Blue dart sucks”

“I ordered a messenger bag from itokri , first of all the order got delivered after a month , although the expected delivery date happened to be within a week. Secondly after using it for twice, the stitches around the main compartment's zip opened up along with the small compartment's stitches. Adding to the situation, the main strap of the bag which has a buckle in it is made so inappropriately, that it had to be mended to make it usable.”

“My order #52255 was placed on 17/08/2016. Had ordered for two soaps and one sandalwood necklace. It was a prepaid order and a gift. The soaps reached but till date the necklace has not. Repeated contact with the iTokri team has failed to yield results. They say they have sent and will call back after checking again. Neither do they call nor has the stuff reached. needless to say it was an extremely disappointing and embarrassing experience. Would never order again. Priyanjali”

“I've been a regular and loyal customer with you for many years ! I've always recommended you to everyone telling them what a great job you do and this is how you treat me. I'm highly upset with you. Will not be ordering from you again unless the product is extraordinarily good ! This is the third time I have tried to order ajrak from Itokri ! I always order on the first day your collection is put up as I know how fast your products get sold. This time I confirmed the order and told the lady that I need the full material in one piece (all 5,5 meters ) but please send after the 15th as there is Ganesh visarjan and the roads in my city are closed or blocked. So your courier fellow will not be troubled. My mistake ! Why should I have bothered about you people I don't know ? Anyways having been reassured by her and confident that the earlier episode would not be repeated I stitched the top and got the accessories to go with the skirt I was planning to stitch for my birthday ! Now thanks to you neither did I ge”

“I had heard about you and seen your products which looked extremely fantastic.I was looking forward to order these earrings.Your newspaper packaging is very cute and the pouch is extremely lovely.But sadly,the earrings are not.They are so fragile like they would break any moment I am about to wear.Now when I look at them I feel they weren't value for money either.This is a huge disappointment for me.”

“I think ordering with iTokri is fine as long as you don't want to return it or talk to their customer service. Ordered fabric and found that the colours didn't match exactly. Initiated return process with their 'hindi' ONLY speaking customer service staff, who will continue to talk in hindi even if you say you don't understand the language. Not a single english speaking customer service staff they say and run an international online business. How many days I had to follow up with them to get the return parcel collected. Finally it was collected after 12 or so days, and then again I didn't hear from them for a week. I kept mailing to ask the status and received no reply. Just saw that the money has been refunded to my account. For this entire return process, they made some 10-15 phone calls, all in Hindi, while I kept telling them that I would like email communication. Having sent a wrong product and have the customer answer 15 phone calls for that? I am also offended that you think everyone should know Hindi.”
