Not happy at all! After few months of shopping now they are telling me from now on they wont accept returns of any order despite writing on product page itself that returns are accepted within 7 days. I have completely stopped purchasing from itokri now !
Their dont themselves stick to their own policy..all that conditions written there over page works only initially.. after that they are telling me that they cant afford returns.
