“Terrible service. This is the second time i have experienced delay in your services and you just apologise nothing else. Delay in the sipment. Has to cancel the order due to wrong information provided on the website. Terrible customer support as well. You are just glitter and nice on the outside but inside everything is bad.”

“Worst customer service!! I’ve made the payment in the 24th of February but until today, the 27th of February there is no trace of my items. The tracking website does have any constructive info. The people gets back to me three days after I send them a message regarding the delivery. I just hope my items arrived safely”

“Very poor delivery experience. Blue dart their partner and itokri had no communication. 20th October order still not recd. Blue dart person came when door closed. Then he asked to share otp and promise to deliver next day. Till date he doesn't arrived. Itokri only promises to look into the matter but didn't responded as well.”
