“The product was of very poor quality.. the modal silk material is substandard in all the scarves that i purchased, the stoles had gum stuck on them and was feeling sticky.. shabby they were! Had to return!”

“Hi there , I have been ordering for past few years through itokri . I am very much disappointed with the fabric quality of my latest order and comparing with the overcharged 4 x times the price as per invoice receipt I received . You have charged me 6490 plus delivery charges 2000 for things that are priced at 1550 Cost to you . Very disappointing and totally money oriented service of model . Ps gift of two sandal wood incense is totally hilarious 😆 Sent from my iPhone”

“Twice itokri has let me down. Your web site shows item available, and after I place an order, you ring up and say its not available or the required quality is not available. You should update your site so that we are not disappointed. Even now batic cotton material is available, but you have sent me3.5 mtrs while I asked for 4mtrs.”

“The elastic of shorts I ordered was really very bad. When charges are premium, quality should also be premium. I have two suggestion for improvement 1. Use good quality elastic. 2. Don't stitch elastic with cloth , if some one is not comfortable with elastic, he can remove it. 3. Give space for nada. 4. Provide shorts for size 42 waist also. If you will change this I will order next shorts otherwise not. My son is really getting irritated with poor quality elastic and it's marks.”

“All the sarees are creased due to the packaging. The cotton sarees are crumbled and the material has been suffered due to that packaging. Poor experience!”
