Extremely disappointed and will not be them using ever again. I ordered a suit on 3 May and on 2 June it still hasn't arrived in the UK. This is fine if customers' expectations are managed, but I was told my item would be with me in 7 days. The wedding I ordered it for came and went. Overall an incredibly frustrating experiencing and if I could give zero stars, I would. Truly terrible.
