I had purchased a sari blouse vide Order NO 602403, delivered on 24th May, 2023. However, I was not happy with your product as it was not the colour I wanted and I was not happy with the fitting either. As per your return and refund policy I immediately sent an email to iTokri.com on 25th May after speaking to yuor customer service executive. It has now been almost 9-10 days since I sent my refund and no one from iTokri has bothered to respond or contact me. Frankly, I am disgusted and disappointed.
