“I love the fabric that i received! Its all so pretty. We had a little hiccup with one of the fabrics i ordered being short on the yardage i needed but the customer service was excellent and reached out to me and offered substitutions. I definitely recommend Itokri!”

“Hello people, I have bought over a hundred meters of different fabrics from this supplier. They are always what i expect. They often have limited quality of any particular fabric so you should buy a couple extra meters because when it runs out, it may be hard to get more. I love looking at their selection. 🥰”

“Itokri.com offers so much gorgeous fabric, it was hard to choose! But I love the pattern I decided on. It looks just like I expected from the website (vibrant colors & well-made). I also bought some zippered pouches which I intend to use as gifts, but after I saw how lovely they are I decided I had to buy a couple for myself! I also appreciate Itokri's newsletters-- I learn a lot about the techniques used by the artists & craftspeople.”

“Amazing job by the whole team. Quick and clear communication, complete transparency throughout the entire transaction. The quality of goods was outstanding. We ordered two dupatta’s and they were stunning, but what meant the most was the handwritten note included with the order. It’s very difficult to ignore such fantastic customer service. “Hi, I had ordered for a silk kota suit material and kalamkari blouse materials. Al the 3 items turned out to be as beautiful as displayed online. Extremely satisfied and happy with the purchase and also thank you fir the wonderful note and tiny gift. What touches me about the note and the interaction with itokri is the respect in the communication which we don't get to see these days. It sounds like listening to vividh Bharati in radio where the host is very interactive and speaks in a very respectful and kind language. :) Thank you team itokri.”
