“Perfect support and service from beginning to end. The communication was exemplary. Real people, really reading and fully answering all your questions. The free alterations service for readymade garments is superb. It seemed too good to be true, it absolutely wasn't. If you don't have time or energy to work on your own garments, I highly recommend itokri. Every item was beautiful. The fibres are what they are supposed to be: Real wool. Beautiful quality cotton. Garments are finished with French seams and plenty of steam allowance for adjustments as your body changes over time. These garments are made to last, to be worn, washed and loved. Even the packaging was thoughtful and a joy to unwrap on delivery. I will be a repeat customer, and I will be recommending itokri to other sewists and friends.”

Les pantalons sont un peu larges aux hanches même en taille small mais je les reprendrai légèrement L'emballage est solide et tout est arrivé intact avec un petit cadeau en plus. “Had ordered-"Hand Carved Natural Bamboo Wood Phone Audio Amplifier Speaker 03" & " Green - Kutch Jat Hand Embroidery Mashru Silk Mobile Pouch".For me iTokri products are always like this textured account of India's heritage & syncretic culture.Have ordered so many times before & never disappointed.The mobile phone holder is a lifesaver with all the mishaps my phone has had with previous other badly designed phone holders.And the Kutch silk mobile pouch is the prettiest green embroidered item.The Rumi quote which comes with the little hand-written note is well what sums up iTokri intent.Thanks.”
