“Received by post quite quickly to Australia my beautifully coloured and soft woolen scarf. Very happy with it and communication about my purchase. I do have an issue with the cost of postage, exorbitant for a small light package and more than the cost of the scarf.”

“For new orders & delivery this I Tokri team is very responsive & quick, but for returns & refund you need to have both patience & time to keep reminding them for pick up & later for the refund but then also you never know when will they act . Their designs & colour schemes are beautiful,but compare to other brands selling the similar products I felt pricing is high .”

“I ordered the item on May 5th Prepaid and expected delivery was in 48 hrs, but it took 10 days to delivery. That was a little dissatisfied. Today i.e.15th May I received the order and I'm Happy to see the quality of the product.”

“Really fantastic service. The shirts I bought are delightful, and even though they ran out of fabric to make one of the ones I wanted, they allowed me to pick a replacement which I was equally as happy with!
