I had ordered 5 kalamkari kurtas from Itokri. I had clearly written 3XL size. But all kurtas are 2XL.
It has been such a hassel getting the kurtas opened. The kurtas have been stiched in such a way that lower part of the kurta cannot be loosened. I did talk to customer care but she said that they make only upto 2XL and it will be very inconvenient to send the kurtas back and they not have any stock of 3XL.
The point I want to highlight is that if they did not have 3 XL size they could have refused straightaway. Now I am stuck with shapeless kurtas.
