“The saree was torn. Return handling by itokri was prompt. It was returned by me 3 days ago. No confirmation regarding money refund. Hope I will get back my money soon. Gitanjali Mishra 7718839300”

“The international delivery system is a rip-off. They do not disclose destination wise rates and extra charges application before delivery. I had made full payment for a gift to be delivered abroad but they took import duty from the recipient before handing over the parcel.”

“Your sizes are smaller than usual . I wasted my money . Please benchmark with international standards Yes you have measurements on site but nobody carries an inch tape to measure and we are no experts anyways”

“Disappointed with the quality of the masks. Compared to the earlier masks I got from you, the masks received in this order are thinner (may not be 3 layers) and the nose pin is not fixed. They keep moving all over the mask. Would like iTokri to maintain the quality of the masks.”

“In the material section it is written as satin cotton but this is simple pure cotton. Length of dupatta is less , short dupatta and the colour of dupatta does not go with salwar colour,”

“When I was received the order the items with full of dust when the website showed the order was neat and good when come to receiving those objects are with dust so please maintain and pack every single item was clean with good packing am expecting so take care about an item”

“This was my second order with ITokri and it was disappointing. I ordered the masks based on my 1st order with which i was too happy but this time the quality of the masks is not good. The fabric material used is too thin and does not look like 3 layers masks and i doubt how much protection we will get from the same. It is just made for fashion i think. I am quiet disappointed with my 2nd order. I had ordered snug fit 3 layers masks.”
