“This was my second order with ITokri and it was disappointing. I ordered the masks based on my 1st order with which i was too happy but this time the quality of the masks is not good. The fabric material used is too thin and does not look like 3 layers masks and i doubt how much protection we will get from the same. It is just made for fashion i think. I am quiet disappointed with my 2nd order. I had ordered snug fit 3 layers masks.”

“I ordered the mask,it was dirty when received. Actually It looked like used mask!! Masks are non returnable so itokri refunded the price of mask but not the shipping charge.”

“My experience was not as pleasant as others. The quality was not up to the mark given the price I paid. Material shrunk and faded after first wash. However,I want to mention the persistent customer service where they partly refunded the amount. I would advise the customers to utilise the return policy in case they are not sure of the quality of the product.”

“It was a nice experience in terms of quality , but I am disappointed regarding the order received. I ordered variation of colours but I recieved 10 pieces with 3-4 colours, that too rarely any matched with the picture given. Repetition of colours is of no use to me. I thought this site will be different than other sites where I faced the same issue, but it proved to be a disappointment again. But the best part is when I raised the complaint on call, they immediately resolved it by offering refund for the order. Thank u itokri for taking care of customer till satisfaction. I will next time place the order with less no. of masks, so that there is less chance of repitition.”
