“It was a nice experience in terms of quality , but I am disappointed regarding the order received. I ordered variation of colours but I recieved 10 pieces with 3-4 colours, that too rarely any matched with the picture given. Repetition of colours is of no use to me. I thought this site will be different than other sites where I faced the same issue, but it proved to be a disappointment again. But the best part is when I raised the complaint on call, they immediately resolved it by offering refund for the order. Thank u itokri for taking care of customer till satisfaction. I will next time place the order with less no. of masks, so that there is less chance of repitition.”

“The fabric was the same colour & patten, but cloth quality averagev, very dull with poor quality printing. Really unexpected, had ordered after going through d reviews. “The first time I bought these masks, I was very happy. But highly disappointed this time. There is no consistency in size or material. Some masks are too small, some are too thick. One of the masks doesn't even cover nose and mouth. You guys need to maintain quality standards while making and check everything before sending out.”

“I have ordered 25 masks, cost of Rs.930, very poor quality of earloops, not at all comfortable. Except cloth quality. I have wasted my money and I didn't like the masks, even my family also not liked. Even not using those masks. Two days back I have ordered from another seller Lenin masks, which were good and comfortable.”

“The masks are vdry poor in quality, the elastic has turned and is of poor quality, it has shorter length than what is required hence it tugs at years and slips away. One is constantly struggling to keep tje mask on.”

“What do I say! I placed order for the reversible ones and I got normal masks. I opened after a day of receiving it. And in this condition nobody would take returns. I am highly disappointed. The whole purpose to get reversible masks was so that I remember which side I wear out when I wear it in office.”
