“Most of my purchases from itokri have been very good. However, I was disappointed this time as the yardage I bought is transparent whereas, the description said zero transparency. Team itokri is does a good job but u need to double check the items being sold so that they match the description and expectations of customers. Thanks”

“THE MASHRU MATERIAL I ORDERED WAS BEAUTIFUL - JUST AS DEPICTED ON THE SITE, BUT THE WIDTH WAS LISTED AS 22 INCHES, WHEREAS THE ACTUAL WIDTH WAS 20 INCHES ONLY; HENCE, THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING THE MATERIAL FELL SHORT - WHICH IS A BIG DRAWBACK, AFTER SPENDING A BOMB PROCURING THE MATERIAL. THE TAILOR HAD ORDERED 4.5 METRES FOR A GENTS KURTA, YET WE FELL SHORT OF THE MATERIAL FOR THE CHINESE COLLAR AND A POCKET(mandatory to the design of a Gents Kurta). REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THESE ISSUES, AS IT MESSES UP THE PURPOSE BEHIND THE PURCHASE.”

“Your executives call and start speaking in Hindi - they need to be conscious that everyone can not talk/understand Hindi. Even when we speak in English and tell them we dont know Hindi they continue to speak in Hindi .”

“I wouldnt order again from itokri. The pic is way off from the colour shade or the actual product. I order a lot of stuff online and have hardly evrr had to return anything. This was rather disappointing as the pic suggests a deep.royal purple but the actual colour is a light violet. The site only has a pixture to go by.. No description of the colour etc, so its quite a waste of time to place orders this way.”

“I have bought twice from itokri, the products do not look the same as shown in the epicture as well as quality wise, not worthe the price I am paying for. not too happy. I am always eager to see the product once I receive them. After opening the package I am always getting disappointed.”

“Products are great. Highly unprofessional when it comes to parting the right info. I had expressed my concern over Bluedart as I live in a village and had specifically asked if Speed Post was a possibility to which Sadhna from ITOKRI had said that it could be done. I heard today from ITOKRI after a follow up mail and was asked by the sales rep v casually to go collect my consignment from the bluedart office which is 15 km away from where I live! Is the service you all provide. The bluedart people also don't answer phones. We are working individuals with little time to run around.pls streamline things your end and stop misleading customers who could be potentially loyal customers”

“Got Kanta work tussar silk running material. First order was cancelled - reason stated as 'defective product' (apparently, they found this while shipping). Order replaced - the material is literally dirty. Stained. Doesn't look pink on white. More like pink on dirty white.”

“Due to inferior quality, I had requested "Return" on 3rd May 2017 with reimbursement money to my back account. I sought for a replacement, but to my bad luck, the same ir similar pieces weren't available. So I chose to keep it even though your team asked me to send it back. “I have always had fantastic experiences with itokri except the last time. After I made my purchase and paid up I am informed about the product being out of stock. I'm busy handling a small infant in a house with bad network!! So talking to your representatives took very long for me. Finally the matter got sorted and I had to settle for what you had, rather than what I wanted. By then I was about to leave town for a wedding (for which I bought what I bought to begin with from itokri).... Now the package has reached my home! I'm not home! Your representative promised me it will reach the different address where I was traveling to... But they still sent it home, which I left a week ago. Now I'm at the wedding, without the products I so dearly wanted and which I already spent money buying.”
