“Due to inferior quality, I had requested "Return" on 3rd May 2017 with reimbursement money to my back account. Below mail is the acknowledgement for reference: "Hello Ji, We have successfully accepted your return/refund request on our servers. “Hi team, I love your curation and appreciate your services. However, the necklace i purchased had a defect and one of the beads were broken. I sought for a replacement, but to my bad luck, the same ir similar pieces weren't available. So I chose to keep it even though your team asked me to send it back. I loved the jewelry so much that I can't let go of it even though it has a visible defect. Hope your team checks the orders thoroughly before sending. Warm regards, Jayasmita”

“I have always had fantastic experiences with itokri except the last time. After I made my purchase and paid up I am informed about the product being out of stock. I'm busy handling a small infant in a house with bad network!! So talking to your representatives took very long for me. Finally the matter got sorted and I had to settle for what you had, rather than what I wanted. By then I was about to leave town for a wedding (for which I bought what I bought to begin with from itokri).... Now the package has reached my home! I'm not home! Your representative promised me it will reach the different address where I was traveling to... But they still sent it home, which I left a week ago. Now I'm at the wedding, without the products I so dearly wanted and which I already spent money buying.”

“Hi I recieved the order In time and initially I liked d prod.id ordered two nosepins, a stud and an earrings. but I was disappointed when the pure silver stud broke just like that after just about 15 days.i was wearing it n wdout any pull,or tug or force it just fell down.the front part of stud and the stalk just broke n separated n fel down.ive been using silver studs for years now.i keep them wearing for months together and nothing happens to them. to add,those r cheaper too. none of them broke or lost ther sheen or had any discoloration. it realy broke my heart as I d loved the design.i hope u can do something about it”

“Misleading images. The stones on the jewellery are cloudy and smaller than the pictures on the website. The product can be worn on a person to compare real scale. Its misleading. The details of weight of silver , grade of stones is not mentioned anywhere. Too casual a purchase.. Can be more professional I am sure”
