I love your curation and appreciate your services. However, the necklace i purchased had a defect and one of the beads were broken. I sought for a replacement, but to my bad luck, the same ir similar pieces weren't available. So I chose to keep it even though your team asked me to send it back. I loved the jewelry so much that I can't let go of it even though it has a visible defect. Hope your team checks the orders thoroughly before sending.
