I had expressed my concern over Bluedart as I live in a village and had specifically asked if Speed Post was a possibility to which Sadhna from ITOKRI had said that it could be done. I heard today from ITOKRI after a follow up mail and was asked by the sales rep v casually to go collect my consignment from the bluedart office which is 15 km away from where I live! Is the service you all provide. The bluedart people also don't answer phones. We are working individuals with little time to run around.pls streamline things your end and stop misleading customers who could be potentially loyal customers
