It was a nice experience in terms of quality , but I am disappointed regarding the order received. I ordered variation of colours but I recieved 10 pieces with 3-4 colours, that too rarely any matched with the picture given. Repetition of colours is of no use to me. I thought this site will be different than other sites where I faced the same issue, but it proved to be a disappointment again. But the best part is when I raised the complaint on call, they immediately resolved it by offering refund for the order. Thank u itokri for taking care of customer till satisfaction. I will next time place the order with less no. of masks, so that there is less chance of repitition.
