The experience this time was less than ideal. The oackage was delivered at the wrong address (I had updated it after placing the order) and inspite of repeated follow ups wasnt picked up. The whatsapp support just sends a lot of SPAM but doesnt work when you need it to. Anyone can make mistakes but the willingness to rectify it was totally lacking. Itokri is one of the most genuine sites to buy handmade stuff, hope they get their act together soon.
