It was my first order with iTokri, all the designs are very good. I ordered 3 stoles out of them one was scarf type which was mentioned as stole, one was damaged piece so I had to return them. Generally refund is immediately generate once agent got the item back but it is very sad that after contacting 3/4 times after a week refund was initiated.
