Bought a shawl recently. Excellent product. Packing needs improvement. While using newspaper and recycled cardboard boxes are a good idea, receiving a Pashmina wrapped up in newspaper is a bit odd. I'm sure there are better and more pleasing recycled wrapping materials available. Being eco-friendly should not mean being down-at-heel!
