I have ordered a few dupattas from itokri before also and absolutely love them. This time the dupattas I ordered were also really good but since I had ordered them for particular functions and they arrived late, I had to sadly return them. Otherwise, they were also of very good quality. Their customer service is also very good as they followed up with me when I mentioned that I haven't received my refund. All in all no complaints.
