I placed an order for fabric envelopes and a fabric spectacle case reading the reviews.While the fabric envelopes were really good the spectacle case which I got was worn out at the edges,dirty and looked used.I contacted their customer care, and they said that I can keep the spectacle case at a price of 250/- as the shipping back will cost more than the case.I had ordered the case for gifting purpose which I couldnt do and then though I kept the case at the discount offerred its actually no use to me. I am kind of disappointed with the purchase and I dont think I will order from itokri again.The least they can do is inspect the item before shipping it.
