I ordered this beautiful dried grass tote (love the handwritten personalised note that always accompanies every purchase, not to mention the red seal :-)). I opened the box to find that the bag had been bent out of shape - having been tightly packed in a smaller box than it should have been. I immediately sent pics of it to itokri customer care. The very next day, a rep reached out to me and arranged for the pick-up. while i do regret that i lost out on a beautiful piece, I appreciate the care taken by itokri team to ensure that my complaint was attended.
